Very sad to post that our beloved Noodle left us this weekend after a short illness.

Noodle came to The Secret Acre two and half years ago through unexpected serendipity, just a few weeks after the heartbreak of losing our long-term family companion, Ruby.

Noodle didn’t have the best start in life, but having been resuce from a puppy farm, she then spent her adult years enjoying the freedom of a caring farm life with other friends, before coming to us to be well loved in her final few senior years.

She was a gentle soul, and we will miss her greatly.
