Kitting out the new outdoor kitchen continued this summer with the arrival of a wood-fired outdoor cooking oven.

Thanks to an unfortunately big birthday, friends were rallied round, or generally press ganged, into a pizza oven birthday present buying collective, for a very stylish stove that would look at home in any James Bond villain’s lair.

Now, when it comes to wood-fired outdoor cooking, no-one does it more so than Morso, who have been designing the kind of uber cool wood stoves that would reduce James Dyson to tears, for the Royal Danish Court, since a time when exports to the UK consisted of a demand for Danegeld with menaces.

After a test firing to cure the cast iron, and several useful YouTube tutorials, two successful pizza days have already been enjoyed, and we are looking forward to many more.
